Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.
Group Lessons

Our Group lessons are designed to provide our players with the skills they need to 'play tennis'. Throughout each term we will go through Forehands, Backhands, Volleys, Smashes & Serves, combining these shots into a rally while introducing some scoring elements.
Our Player to Coach ratios are 6:1

Our Competition squads are formulated to encourage players to start thinking tactically about the game. By this time players will hopefully be playing some form of matches, allowing them to engage in cooperative hitting and competitive point play. We will still ensure a high volume of ball fed drills, keeping each session fun and interactive.
