Who we are
Tennis Works is a tennis coaching company designed to inspire people to play tennis and deliver the best tennis experience possible to our customers.
Tennis lessons are a vehicle to 'play tennis'. The result we want for anyone who has a go, is to 'play'.
What we are looking for
We are looking for our future team members to be passionate about tennis and sports enthusiasts.
Attitude is everything, whether you have been coaching and/or playing for multiple years, or relatively new to the sport of tennis, willingness to learn is a key ingredient for our team members
Coaching Positions
Foundation Coach
- Entry level coaching position
- Limited to no coaching experience.
- Sports enthusiast & passionate about tennis
- Tennis playing background
- Relatable with kids 5 - 10yrs
- Fun & energetic with a positive attitude
- Pay rate is dependant on experience & qualifications, based on the Fitness Industry Award 2021
Assistant Coach
- 1 to 2 years coaching experience
- Junior Development Coaching cert
- Fun & Energetic with a positive attitude
- Demonstrates autonomy within lessons, able to identify the need to progress and regress sessions based on their students
- Able to take and be relatable to a range of players from 5yrs to Adult
- Pay rate is dependant on experience and qualifications, based on the Fitness Industry Award 2021
Senior Coach
- 5 + years coaching experience
- Club Professional Coaching cert
- Fun & Energetic with a positive attitude.
- Leadership skills
- Ability to mentor younger coaches
- Comfortable managing large groups of players
- Ability to facilitate player pathways
- Demonstrates autonomy within lessons, able to identify the need to progress and regress sessions based on their students.
- Able to take and be relatable to a range of players from 5yrs to Adult
- Pay rate is dependant on experience and qualifications, based on the Fitness Industry Award 2021
