I understand payment for 'Term' Tennis Lessons will be taken prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

Washouts

I understand that if a session is washed out, another session will be made available and it will be up to me to attend. Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.

 

Refunds/credits

I understand sessions I miss will not be refunded or credited.

Make-Ups

I understand that if I miss a session I can contact my Head Coach to see when a make-up session can be done. It will be up to me to make-up that session during the Term.

Extenuating Circumstances

For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, I will endeavour to contact my Head Coach.
