I understand payment for 'Tennis Works Foundation Leagues' will be taken prior to the commencement of my session. No pay no play.

Washouts

Tennis Works has allocated an additional 2 Saturday mornings each term in case of wash outs. Tennis Works will make every reasonable effort to provide as much notice as possible if a washout is called. I understand that if I do not hear from Tennis Works the session is going ahead.

I understand that if a session is washed out, another session will be made available on subsequent Saturday mornings and it will be up to me to attend. Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.

I understand Tennis Works reserves the right to make every reasonable effort to run a session amid inclement weather. I understand that if a session goes ahead amid inclement weather but not all matches can be played, no refunds or credits will be made available.

 

COVID Lockdowns

If a session is cancelled due to COVID lockdowns, Tennis Works will offer the below options for you

• A full refund for sessions missed
• A credit applied to your account equal to the value of the sessions missed
• Make-up sessions made available for you to opt into if you choose
• A combination of make-up lessons, credits/refunds

Refunds/credits

I understand sessions I miss will not be refunded or credited.

Make-Ups

I understand that if I miss a session I can contact my Head Coach to see when a make-up session can be done. It will be up to me to make-up that session during the term.

Extenuating Circumstances

For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, I will endeavour to contact my Head Coach.
