I understand payment for ‘Adult tennis classes' will be taken prior to the commencement of my session. No pay no play. 

Washouts

I understand that if a session is washed out, another session will be made available and it will be up to me to attend. Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.

 

COVID Lockdowns

If a session is cancelled due to COVID lockdowns, Tennis Works will offer the below options for you

• A full refund for sessions missed
• A credit applied to your account equal to the value of the sessions missed
• Make-up sessions made available for you to opt into if you choose
• A combination of make-up lessons, credits/refunds

Refunds/credits

I understand that purchases are not refundable and credits will not be applied once I have made a purchase.

For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, I will endeavour to contact my Head Coach.
