I understand payment for Holiday Tennis sessions will be made prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

Cancellation

If a player wishes to cancel a session, it must be 7 days prior to the commencement of the Camp, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund will be processed.

Extreme Weather

If a clinic session is cancelled due to extreme weather, Tennis Works will make an additional session available on Day 5 (Friday) of the clinic week for affected players to attend.

The additional Friday session is offered as a make-up opportunity, and it is the responsibility of the player/parent or guardian to be available to attend.

If an additional make-up session cannot be scheduled, players will be offered the choice of either a credit or refund for the cancelled session.

Make-up sessions

Customers are entitled to make-up sessions for sessions missed during the clinic.

Make-up sessions may be taken by attending an alternative session during the current clinic or, where available, a session during a subsequent clinic.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact the Venue Head Coach to arrange a suitable day and time for their make-up session. Make-up sessions are subject to session availability.

Extenuating Circumstances

If a customer is unable to attend the clinic due to extenuating circumstances and would like to request a refund or credit, please contact the Venue Head Coach as soon as possible.

Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
