Payment Terms & Conditions

I understand payment for sessions is required prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

Invoice

An invoice will be processed once registration is confirmed. Invoice is required to be paid within 5 business days.

Session Cancellation

I understand that if a session is cancelled by Tennis Works, an additional session on Friday October 2nd will be made available. It will be up to me to attend the session, credits & or refunds will not be applied.

I understand that if a second session is cancelled by Tennis Works, a credit will be applied to my account for use in future term tennis or holiday clinics.

Player Missed Sessions

I understand that if my child misses a scheduled holiday lesson, it will need to contact Tennis Works' to confirm another available holiday session to come along to, no credits or refunds will be available.

Credits

Any credits on players accounts will be applied automatically to the invoice.
