Payment will be processed in blocks of 3 throughout the term with payment required prior to sessions commencing. This can be done either via Credit Card or Invoice.

12 HOURS Prior to your session

If you need to change your appointment, please contact Edgar at least 12 hours in advance.

12 - 6 HOURS Prior to your session

Session changes made 12 - 6 hours prior to your session will incur a fee of 50% of appointment charge

6 - 0 HOURS Prior to your session

Session changes made 6 - 0 hours prior to your session will incur a fee of 100% of appointment charge

In the event your coach is unavailable on the day of your session, Edgar will contact you as soon as possible.

We will look to make arrangements for an additional session if schedules allow.

No payment will be processed.

Please note cancellations may occur during this time so that your coach can cover one of the group sessions we also run at this time 

(in the event of other coaches being sick/injured/unavailable).

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure this does not occur, but please be mindful it may happen from time to time.

Prior to session commencing

In the event your session is cancelled prior to commencing, it will be re-scheduled and no payment will be processed.

During a session

In the event your session is cancelled during your session. Payment will be processed for the full session. You will be able to:

• Schedule another session for the time owing
• Add the time owing to an upcoming session

Players in grade PREP - GRADE 2

Will be collected from their classroom at 3:20pm. Please reminder your son/daughter to wait outside their classroom to be collected as we will collecting from multiple areas.

Players in GRADE 3 - 6

Will be collected from the junior school office. Please remind your son/daughter to wait at the Junior School office to walk to the courts together.

Players in JUNIOR SCHOOL

Who have lessons starting at 4:30pm will be required to come to the tennis courts straight after school. Coaches will be able supervise players until their start time. 

Players in SENIOR SCHOOL

Are welcome to go to the library until 4:20pm and then make their way to the tennis courts by 4:30pm

OR

Come straight to the tennis courts at the end of school.

The best place to collect players from is the car park next to the tennis courts. To access this area you need to enter from the Plymouth Rd entrance, drive past the Sports Complex & Hockey Field, all the way to the tennis courts.
