I understand payment for sessions is required prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.
🎾 Tennis Works Loyalty Program
We value players who continue their tennis journey with us.
- 2 consecutive terms: 5% off your 3rd term
- 3 consecutive terms: 10% off your 4th term and beyond while continuously enrolled.
Your loyalty discount is automatically applied to your invoice.
Invoice
Once your registration is confirmed and invoice will be processed, payment is required within 5 business days.
Junior Session Cancellation
I understand that if a session is cancelled by Tennis Works, Chris will be in contact to confirm make up lesson options. Options are available on alternate lunchtimes or at Boneo/Sorrento TC, Monday - Friday Weeknights PLUS Sunday mornings.
Junior Player Missed Sessions
I understand that if my child misses a scheduled lesson, I will need to contact Chris' to confirm another available Lunchtime/Weeknight/Sunday morning session OR use it as a credit towards the Summer Holiday Program. Refunds are not available.
Adult Tennis Sessions
Lessons are purchased as a 5-session pack upfront, to be used across the 10-week term. This approach gives you the freedom to attend sessions that suit your schedule, while maintaining continuity.
All sessions must be used by December 18th within the term period.
If you attend more than your allocated 5 sessions, any additional lessons will be conveniently invoiced at the end of the term.
