  • PAYMENT

    Payment is processed at the conclusion of each session via Credit Card.


    If you do no wish to process payment via credit card, contact Jeremy Mackay to make other arrangements - 0415 466 023

  • CANCELLATION/CHANGES

    12 HOURS Prior to your session

    If you need to change your appointment, please contact Jeremy at least 12 hours in advance.


    12 - 6 HOURS Prior to your session

    Session changes made 12 - 6 hours prior to your session will incur a fee of 50% of appointment charge


    2 - 0 HOURS Prior to your session

    Session changes made 2 - 0 hours prior to your session will incur a fee of 100% of appointment charge

  • WET/EXTREME WEATHER

    Prior to session commencing

    In the event your session is cancelled prior to commencing, it will be re-scheduled and no payment will be processed.


    During a session

    In the event your session is cancelled during your session. Payment will be processed for the full session. You will be able to:

    • Schedule another session for the time owing
    • Add the time owing to an upcoming session
  • PARENTS - Pick-Up/Drop Off

    Givent the current COVID-19 environment we live in, parents collecting players from the tennis courts must:

    • Maintain 1.5m distance at all times
    • Check in via the QR codes at the gate
    • Sanitise hands
    • Wear face masks
