Term Lessons

  • No Pay, No Play

    To be eligible to participate in 'Term' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

  • PARENTS - Drop Off/Collection

    Givent the current COVID-19 environment we live in, parents  dropping off/collecting players from the tennis courts must:

    • Maintain 1.5m distance at all times
    • Check in via the QR codes at the gate
    • Sanitise hands
    • Wear face masks
  • Extreme Weather

    Tennis is an outdoor sport and we will encounter inclement weather. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible if a cancellation is called. 


    If you do not receive a message confirming the cancellation of the session, it will be going ahead.


    If a session is cancelled, another session will be made available, either during the week or on the weekend. Jeremy will notify you on the options. It will be up to the player to attend one of these option. 


    Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.


    If a session is cancelled part way through. Players will be given the option to do a make-up lesson.


    Extreme weather will be declared in the event of

    • Flooded Courts
    • Lightning
    • Temperature exceeding 38.1 degrees Celcius
  • Sun Smart

    Players are strongly encouraged to

    • Bring (& wear) a hat
    • Apply sunscreen
    • Bring a water bottle

    As the temperatures increase coaches will:

    • Increase the frequency of water breaks
    • Ensure players utilise shade where possible
    • Decrease the intensity of the session allowing players to manage their energy.
    • If players are feeling light headed or ill we will ensure they sit in the shade and drink plenty of water.
  • Make-Up Lessons

    Customers ARE entitled to make-up lessons for sessions missed during the term.

    Make-up lessons can be completed at any stage throughout the term

  • Missed Sessions

    Customers are not entitled to refunds & or credits for sessions missed during the term.

  • Extenuating circumstances

Holiday Clinic


  • No Pay, No Play

    To be eligible to participate in 'Holiday Clinic Sessions' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

  • Cancellation

    If a customer wishes to cancel a session, it must be done 7 days prior to the commencement of the Clinic, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund/credit will be processed.

  • Extreme Weather

    Tennis is an outdoor sport and we will encounter inclement weather. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible if a cancellation is called.
