Holiday Clinic - Payment Terms & Conditions
I understand payment for Holiday Clinic sessions will be taken prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.
Cancellation
If a player wishes to cancel a session, it must be 7 days prior to the commencement of the Clinic, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund will be processed.
Washouts
If a session is washed out, another session will be made available, within a reasonable timeframe, for players to attend. It will be up to the players to be available for this session. If an additional session cannot be scheduled, players will be provided with either a refund or credit, whichever is preferred.
COVID Lockdowns
If a session is cancelled due to COVID lockdowns, Tennis Works will offer the below options for you
- A full refund for sessions missed
- A credit applied to your account equal to the value of the sessions missed
- Make-up sessions made available for you to opt into if you choose
- A combination of make-up lessons, credits/refunds
Make-up sessions
Customers ARE entitled to make-up sessions for sessions missed at the clinic. Customers will be able to attend alternative sessions in the current clinic or sessions in subsequent clinics. It is up to the customer to contact their Head Coach and confirm a time/day for their make-up sessions.

For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, please endeavour to contact the Venue Head Coach.
