  • Consultation

    We will work collaboratively work with the Director of Sport in formulating and implementing  a 'Tennis Strategy'. Key roles and responsibilities will be outlined and delivered.

  • Tennis Liaison

    Tennis Works provides a breadth of knowledge when it comes to tennis and its surrounding environment. Tennis Works will problem solve any tennis specific issues, and consolidate pathways through accessible communication channels, for parents, players and coaches.

  • Team Management

    Specific Team management provides a clear roadmap to both parents and players outlining the tennis pathways available at the school. Tennis Works has extensive knowledge in school tennis competitions and will colaborate in formulating team numbers and grading. Our knowledge of player levels and where players should play will create a harmonious tennis environment. 

  • Player Management

    Once the road map is outlined, it is important each individual knows where to enter and how to progress through the tennis pathways. Tennis Works is able to help players on their specific journey. Players understanding what is next and how to get there creates player buy-in.

  • Coach Recruitment

    To ensure Team & Player management remains clear and aligned, the right people in the right position is imperative. Tennis Works is able to use its network to find appropriate candidates as well as identify the characteristics required by coaches at different levels.


  • Coach Training

    Coach training is the cornerstone in providing a progressive tennis program. Tennis Works provide manuals, assessments & extensive expertise, ensuring coaches are up to speed when they take the court.


  • Coach Management

    Accountability towards quality training sessions, adhering to school systems & upholding school values will cement a quality program. Tennis Works will manage, review & report, and create a sustainable coaching team.’


  • Player Development Program

    The ‘Player Development Program’ is a self managed Tennis Works Program. Designed to compliment the School Tennis Competition. Enhancing the overall player experience and school offerings. It is a Prep - Year 12 program, engaging the broader school community.
