Wet Weather - We Cancel
In the event of wet weather, we will cancel our class. If a cancellation is made, Chris will send a message to confirm the cancellation & to collect your son/daughter.
Make-up Lessons will be offered in lieu of this missed session

Extreme Weather - We Cancel
In the event of Extreme weather patterns where it is deemed unsafe to play, lessons will be cancelled for that day.
Extreme weather will be declared in the event of
- Lightning
- Temperature exceeding 36.1 degrees Celcius
Make-up Lessons will be offered in lieu of this missed session

Make-Up Lessons - Player unavailble
Customers ARE entitled to make-up lessons for sessions missed during the term.

Missed Sessions
If players are not able to make their scheduled session, we offer make up lessons via the link below
Make up lessons are required to be completed during that term.
We do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions

No Pay, No Play
To be eligible to participate in 'Term' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

Sun Smart
Players are strongly encouraged to
- Bring (& wear) a hat
- Apply sunscreen
- Bring a water bottle
As the temperatures increase coaches will:
- Increase the frequency of water breaks
- Ensure players utilise shade where possible
- Decrease the intensity of the session allowing players to manage their energy.
- If players are feeling light headed or ill we will ensure they sit in the shade and drink plenty of water.
In the event the temperature reaches 36.1 degrees, we will cancel the session.

Pick Up & Drop Off
We are happy and able to supervise players who are dropped off prior to their session commencing or collected after the conclusion of their session; providing we are running lessons at that time.

Holiday Tennis

No Pay, No Play
To be eligible to participate in 'Holiday Clinic Sessions' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

Cancellation
If a customer wishes to cancel a session, it must be done 7 days prior to the commencement of the Clinic, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund/credit will be processed.

Extreme Weather
Tennis is an outdoor sport and we will encounter inclement weather. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible if a cancellation is called.
If you do not receive a message confirming the cancellation of the session, it will be going ahead.
If a session is cancelled, another session will be made available, either during the week or on the weekend. Chris will notify you on the options. It will be up to the player to attend one of these options.
Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.
If a session is cancelled part way through. Players will be given the option to do a make-up lesson.

Make-Up Lessons
Customers ARE entitled to make-up sessions for sessions missed at the clinic. Customers will be able to attend alternative sessions in the current clinic or sessions in subsequent clinics. It is up to the customer to contact Jeremy and confirm a time/day for their make-up sessions.
