  • ๐Ÿค” Why Play Competition Tennis?

    Competition tennis helps players

    • Build confidence
    • Improve decision making
    • Develop resilience
    • Understand teamwork
    • Apply skills learned in training to matches
    • Enjoy 'playing' the game of Tennis

Confidence in tennis often grows quietly at first… then suddenly appears all at once ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŽพ

  • ๐Ÿ† What Success Looks Like

Success in junior competition is simple and consistent:

    • Learning how to play matches
    • Building confidence each week
    • Competing with effort and resilience
    • Developing sportsmanship
    • Being part of a team
    • Enjoying the experience of competition tennis

Winning & losing is part of the game — development is the focus.

  • ๐Ÿ”€ Training Pathway to Playing Matches

Tennis Training provides players with the skills and understanding of what tennis is.

Matches allow players to put those skills into practice & 'Play'

By playing matches, enagement and enjoyment often increases.  ๐Ÿ’กLight bulb moments can occur when players start to connect the dots between what coaches are saying and how it relates to 'match play'
