To be eligible to participate in 'Term' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.
If a session is washed out, another session will be made available and it will be up to the customer to attend. Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.
If a session is cancelled due to COVID lockdowns, Tennis Works will offer the below options for the customer
Customers are not entitled to refunds & or credits for sessions missed during the term.
Customers ARE entitled to make-up lessons for sessions missed during the term. It is up to the customer to contact their Head Coach and confirm a time/day for their make-up lessons.
For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, the customer is required to contact their Head Coach.

To be eligible to participate in 'Holiday Clinic Sessions' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.
If a customer wishes to cancel a session, it must be done 7 days prior to the commencement of the Clinic, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund/credit will be processed.
Customers ARE entitled to make-up sessions for sessions missed at the clinic. Customers will be able to attend alternative sessions in the current clinic or sessions in subsequent clinics. It is up to the customer to contact their Head Coach and confirm a time/day for their make-up sessions.
If a session is washed out, another session will be made available, within a reasonable timeframe, for players to attend. It will be up to the players to be available for this session. If an additional session cannot be scheduled, players will be provided with either a refund or credit, whichever is preferred.

If a customer wishes to cancel a session, it must be done 7 days prior to the commencement of the Camp, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund/credit will be processed.
Customers ARE entitled to make-up sessions for sessions missed at the camp. Customers will be able to attend alternative sessions in the current camp or sessions in subsequent camps. It is up to the customer to contact their Head Coach and confirm a time/day for their make-up sessions.
If a session is washed out, another session will be made available, within a reasonable timeframe, for players to attend. It will be up to the players to be available for this session. If an additional session cannot be scheduled, players will be provided with either a refund or credit, whichever is preferred.

To be eligible to participate in 'Foundation League Sessions' Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.
Tennis Works has allocated an additional 2 Saturday mornings each term in case of wash outs. Tennis Works will make every reasonable effort to provide as much notice as possible if a washout is called.
Customers understand that if they do not hear from Tennis Works the session is going ahead.
Customers understand that if a session is washed out, another session will be made available on subsequent Saturday mornings and it will be up to me to attend. Refunds will not be given for sessions missed.
Customers understand Tennis Works reserves the right to make every reasonable effort to run a session amid inclement weather. If a session goes ahead amid inclement weather but not all matches can be played, no refunds or credits will be made available.
