Term Lessons


  • MONDAY LUNCHTIME - Grade 1 & 2

    Collection - Coaches will meet players out the front of their classroom at 12:30pm. Coaches will walk all players to the Tennis Courts. 


    Drop Off - Coaches will walk all players to the Junior School Office at the completion of their session (1:35pm)

  • TUESDAY LUNCHTIME - Grade 1 & 2

    Collection - Coaches will meet players out the front of their classroom at 12:50pm. Coaches will walk all players to the Tennis Courts. 


    Drop Off - Coaches will walk all players to the Junior School Office at the completion of their session (1:35pm)

  • WEDNESDAY LUNCHTIME - Grade 2 & 3

    Collection - Players are to meet coaches at the Junior School Office at 12:30pm. Coaches will walk all players to the Tennis Courts & have lunch there. 


    Drop Off - Coaches will walk all players to the Junior School Office at the completion of their session (1:35pm)

  • THURSDAY LUNCHTIME - Grade 3 & 4

    Collection - Players are to meet coaches at the Junior School Office at 12:30pm. Coaches will walk all players to the Tennis Courts & have lunch there. 


    Drop Off - Coaches will walk all players to the Junior School Office at the completion of their session (1:35pm)

  • FRIDAY LUNCHTIME - Grade 3 & 4

    Collection - Players are to meet coaches at the Junior School Office at 12:30pm. Coaches will walk all players to the Tennis Courts & have lunch there. 


    Drop Off - Coaches will walk all players to the Junior School Office at the completion of their session (1:35pm)

  • FRIDAY MORNING - Grade 5 & 6

    Parents are to drop players off at the Junior School tennis courts (inside the school grounds next to the oval).


    Please aim for 7:25am so we can commence right on 7:30am.


    Players will be taken to the Junior School Office at the completion of their session (8:15am)

  • Sun Smart

    Players are strongly encouraged to

    • Bring (& wear) a hat
    • Apply sunscreen
    • Bring a water bottle

    As the temperatures increase coaches will:

    • Increase the frequency of water breaks
    • Ensure players utilise shade where possible
    • Decrease the intensity of the session allowing players to manage their energy.
    • If players are feeling light headed or ill we will ensure they sit in the shade and drink plenty of water.
  • Make-Up Lessons

    Customers ARE entitled to make-up lessons for sessions missed during the term.

    Make-up lessons can be completed at any stage throughout the term

  • Missed Sessions

    Customers are not entitled to refunds & or credits for sessions missed during the term.

  • No Pay, No Play

    To be eligible to participate in 'Term' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

  • Extreme Weather - We Cancel

    In the event of Extreme weather patterns where it is deemed unsafe to play, lessons will be cancelled for that day.


    Make-up lesson times will be confired by PLC and then outlined to parents. If players are not able to come to the scheduled make-up lesson they will be able to organise another time by contacting Chris - 0412 238 452


    Extreme weather will be declared in the event of

    • Wet weather being deemed by PLC as unsafe
    • Lightning
    • Temperature being deemed by PLC to be too hot
  • Extenuating circumstances

Holiday Clinic


  • No Pay, No Play

    To be eligible to participate in 'Holiday Clinic Sessions' Tennis Lessons Tennis Works requires payment prior to the commencement of my first session. No pay, no play.

  • Sun Smart

    Players are strongly encouraged to

    As the temperatures increase coaches will:

  • Cancellation

    If a customer wishes to cancel a session, it must be done 7 days prior to the commencement of the Clinic, providing sufficient time for Tennis Works to make alterations. If cancelation is made after this date no refund/credit will be processed.

  • Make-Up Lessons

    Customers ARE entitled to make-up sessions for sessions missed at the clinic. Customers will be able to attend alternative sessions in the current clinic or sessions in subsequent clinics.  It is up to the customer to contact Chris and confirm a time/day for their make-up sessions.

  • Washouts

    If a session is washed out, another session will be made available, within a reasonable timeframe, for players to attend. It will be up to the players to be available for this session. If an additional session cannot be scheduled, players will be provided with either a refund or credit, whichever is preferred. 

  • Extenuating circumstances

    For refunds/credits relating to extenuating circumstances, the customer is required to contact Chris.
